Hi Kallan, Hope you are feeling better. I read you that you your sister and dad went to darling habour hope you all enjoyed yourself and had a great time. From the procters
WELCOME HOME - Kallan, Dash and Shaylie. It was sooooo good to see you all on Friday afternoon looking so well and happy. I'm sure being home has made the world of difference to you Kal. I know Shaylie was not quite as keen to get home as you and Dad, but I'm sure she is glad to see everybody here. It was great to see you were well enough to go to Dad's soccer presentation, even though it was only for a short while. Congratulations to you Dash on being named the "Player of the Year". I guess the Socceroos will be after you now. Once again, welcome home to you all. We are REALLY loving having you here. Lots of love always Nan and Pop.
Kallan is a 10 year old boy, (who happens to be my nephew) and who has recently been diagnosed with an osteosarcoma in his right humerus bone. It is not a terminal cancer and is very treatable and more importantly, cureable.
This blog has been created to inform, answer and (document) his journey to recovery. It is to be used as a resource of information of Kallan's treatments and progress so as not to burden and overwhelm Karina and Darren with the answering of many questions to many people.
Please read, comment, laugh, cry, and witness Kallan's recovery.
