ready to start again

Today was a very relaxing day for Kal as we readied ourselves for a return to westmead.We didn't do a hell of a lot with Kallan keeping himself occupied playing with some new toys and playing his wii and sony.Karina and i tried our best to catch up on some sleep without much luck.After trying my best to avoid it the time finaly arrived to start getting organised for our return trip.Kallan,mum and myself ventured back around 7 o'clock this evening and got ourselves settled for the night.Kal has a few appointments in the morning before we go to find out if there is a bed available for him to start his next lot of treatment.All going well he'll be hooked up with fluids tomorrow around lunchtime with chemo starting the next morning.Kallan still seems unfazed about what lays ahead,a testimony to his amazing attitude and determination

Goodluck with this round of chemo Kal. I can't believe it has nearly been a week since you guys were at our house - wow time flies and yes we did have some laughs. Keep up the good spirits Kal

Wow isn't it a lovely offer from Melissa at Gumnut Glen Cabins offering you guys a couple of days away. I am sure that you Kal would love to head up to the cabins and do some bird watching or even play a round of golf at Dungog
