The joy of being home.

Kallan is able to come home until after Christmas! I bet he thinks that is a pretty fantasitc present. He does have to return to Westmead for a pre-op clinic for one day though. Kallan looks fantastic, all things considered. Still weak and sick but was smiling and happy. I must say on a personal note that I was so gald to be able to see him and give him a hug. Last time he ws home I wasn't able to due to a cold that I was scared to pass on.

Wyborn Family said...: Hey Kal, We have finally arrived at Kathryn and Cory's - it is FREEZING. There is snow everywhere. We have had a great few days at Disneyland Land and at the Grand Canyon. It is nice to be able to spend a few weeks chilling out and not having to pack up every few days and fly somewhere. Glad to see that you are well enough to come home for a few days/weeks. I'm so glad that you got to go to school today to see some of your school friends. You had a pretty busy day - also going to watch Shaylie play in the grand final of the indoor soccer. It's a shame that your team lost, but they played very well to take it to a penalty shoot-out. Well done anyway team for making it to the grand final.
You even got to have a bit of a kick around with the ball after the game. Great to see.
It's also good to see that you will be going to the movies with your school friends tomorrow, make sure you enjoy it.
How about aunty Al and the family in the snow - that would be great fun don't you think.
