Nanny Ruth and I have been thinking about you all the time and wish we were closer so we could get to see you, but we will get down as soon as we can. I have been looking at all the friends and family who have sent you messages and you are a very popular guy. I heard that you had to reprimmand Dad the other day??? Apparently he threw something to you that you wanted....your NEW GLOBE Skate shoes (from Uncle David).

Kallan is a 10 year old boy, (who happens to be my nephew) and who has recently been diagnosed with an osteosarcoma in his right humerus bone. It is not a terminal cancer and is very treatable and more importantly, cureable.
This blog has been created to inform, answer and (document) his journey to recovery. It is to be used as a resource of information of Kallan's treatments and progress so as not to burden and overwhelm Karina and Darren with the answering of many questions to many people.
