Kallan's Treatment

Kallan's treatment involves 12 weeks of chemotheraphy. At the completion of this, his humerus bone will be removed, radiated, and replaced. Kallan will then continue with another 6 months of chemotherapy.

Upon reviewing his treatment schedule, surgery was to fall due on Christmas Day. In order to prevent operating on Christmas Day, his treatment has been fast tracked. All going well, surgery is now scheduled for December 18.

Karina and Darren have been told that Kallan's treatment is not experimental, but is tried and proven.
